Forgiveness isn’t for the other person, it’s for us. It’s so we can heal our own trauma and pain and be happy…be whole. It’s a necessary part of shadow work because to not forgive is to cling to your trauma, your pain, the drama.

It doesn’t mean you have to accept that person back in your life or that what they did is okay in any way. It just means you can now move on and be rid of them and their influence on your life.

Make yourself a copy of this sigil and sit with it in meditation. Put your feelings and desire to forgive a situation into it. If you can’t forgive yet, ask Spirit and your guides to forgive for you until you can.

After you’re finished, destroy the sigil to activate it. I like fire, but you can also simply rip it to shreds if that’s not safe to do.
