It’s not uncommon for witches to perform a cinnamon ritual at the beginning of each month. Cinnamon attracts abundance, it protects and provides warmth, love and good energy.
I think the most common cinnamon ritual is to stand at the threshold of your front entrance, facing in, and to blow powdered cinnamon into your home from the palm of your hand. You can also have a money bowl by your front door with cinnamon, some coins, other herbs and crystals…if you do this, don’t use a container with a lid. You want the energy to flow, not to be trapped.
This month, I not only stood in my doorway and recited my incantation (which isn’t required), but I also felt drawn to practice some kitchen witchery and to have a snack of sliced apples and cinnamon. Apples are an excellent addition to any kind of attraction magic.

Cinnamon brings my wealth.
Cinnamon attracts my money to me and brings it with good health.
I accept these wonders in gratitude and bliss.
Give thanks, say yes and seal it with a kiss.
